All Set To Let understand how hectic moving home can be which is why we aim to make the process as stress free as possible. Whether it’s arranging evening or weekend viewings, ensuring all utility accounts are transferred, or just the knowledge that there is always someone at the end of the phone should you need us, we know it’s taking care of little things like these that make a big difference.
We do our best to match you to a property you will love and so will inform you if anything becomes available that we think you may be interested in.
Once you have found a property you like it couldn’t be easier, just call or email us and we will arrange an accompanied viewing at a time to suit you. If you decide the property is for you just fill in our basic application form and we do all the work, gathering references and obtaining credit checks. Once we have all the information we need, we will arrange a date for you to move in. On the day we will meet you at your new home, thoroughly check the apartment with you, take meter readings and handover the keys.
All rents are paid by standing order which you will complete when you move in. We then send this off to your bank to be set up in time for your next rent payment.
Once you are settled into your new property, we inform utility companies and the local council and arrange all accounts to be transferred over to you, which is one less thing for you to worry about. Giving you more time to enjoy your new home.
If you have any problems during your tenancy you can contact us any time including evenings and weekends on our out of hours number. There is always someone on hand to help. We always aim to get any problem resolved as quickly and as easily as possible.
Your Bond will be paid into the new Tenancy Deposit Protection scheme to ensure that it's return is dealt with fairly, you will receive a a copy of the certificate for your records along with all the documents you signed when you move in.
We also offer tenants contents insurance and cover can be arranged to begin from the day you move in.
